A Mattancherry spice merchant, trading its retail line as Heirloom Spices. Whole spices, ground spices, dried herbs, nuts, seeds and dried fruit, sold by grade rather than scooped loose: cashews come as W180, W240 or W320, cardamom is sized by the millimetre, cloves are separated by origin. It stocks Sri Lankan Ceylon cinnamon alongside Vietnamese and Indian cassia, which matters because most of what is sold as cinnamon in Kochi is cassia, and here you can hold the two next to each other before choosing.
