An old British-era library, also known as the Jubilee Memorial Library. There is no large signboard; the entrance is a small gate beside the rubbish dump. Inside, the reading room holds newspapers and magazines. It is a quiet, easily missed part of Fort Kochi's civic and literary history, and is closed on Sundays and public holidays.
